Our Story
Ramsud Technologies was founded by Payal Bansal, a software engineer with over 16 years of experience building production systems and training engineering teams across companies including Tringapps, RJT Compuquest, Accenture, Ericsson, BlackRock, Amdocs, and Infosys.
Alongside hands-on engineering, Payal has delivered corporate technical training for teams at Wipro, Capgemini, Incedo, and Telstra, training both fresh graduates and experienced engineers on Java, Spring, microservices, and cloud-native development.
The idea for Ramsud came from a recurring pattern Payal observed across client engagements: businesses invested heavily in software that looked impressive in demonstrations but struggled under real production workloads, real users, and real operational complexity.
Rather than focusing solely on feature delivery, Ramsud was built to stay accountable after go-live, emphasizing performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
