Is this remote, hybrid, or in-office?
We're based in Noida, India. Hybrid and fully remote arrangements are discussed during interviews based on the role and your location. For full-time engineering roles, we prefer timezone overlap for real-time code review and pairing.
Do I need AI/LLM experience to apply for the Java Full Stack role?
No. That role is Spring Boot and React focused. Exposure to AI-powered features is a plus, not a requirement.
How is the Corporate Trainer role different from the engineering roles?
Trainers design and deliver hands-on technical training to enterprise teams instead of shipping code. Many split time between both. The difference: you build someone else's skills instead of systems. Pick the domain closest to your strongest hands-on experience. Teaching experience is a plus, not required—we'll teach you how to train.
Do you hire contract or freelance profiles, or only full-time?
