Students take a technical assessment. We group them into cohorts based on starting level. Each cohort gets a dedicated trainer and personalized learning path.

Who bears the program cost -the college or individual students? +
The program is funded by the college, with zero cost passed on to individual students. This keeps the program accessible to all students in the batch, regardless of financial background.
What happens if a student doesn't get placed? +
Our fee structure is partly outcome-linked -we have a direct commercial incentive to place every student we train. Students who complete the program receive ongoing placement support and continued access to our hiring partner network beyond the program's end date.
Can we run multiple batches simultaneously? +
Yes. We support parallel and sequential cohorts for larger institutions. Each batch gets a dedicated trainer and its own structured schedule. Batch sizes run from 20 to 60 students.
Do students need their own laptops? +
Students ideally bring their own devices. If your institution has a computer lab available, that works too -we can adapt to whichever setup is more practical for your college.
How much time does this require from college faculty or TPO staff? +
Very little. We coordinate all training delivery directly. The TPO receives weekly progress reports and a final placement report -there's no additional burden on faculty. The college provides the classroom space, student batch coordination, and basic infrastructure (power, internet).
Can the program be adapted to our academic calendar? +
Yes. The 4 to 5 month duration is flexible and can be structured around exam schedules, semester breaks, and placement drive timelines. We finalise the schedule jointly during the MOU discussion.
Is individual student enrolment possible -not just college batches? +
Yes, individual enrolment is available for students who want to join independently. Contact us for individual program details and fee structure -it's a separate track from the college partnership model.
